How do I choose a location?
Choose a location in the app, or allow location access when you want to use your current position. You can use a chosen location without granting precise device-location access. An initial approximate location may be based on your network connection.
Why is a forecast value unavailable?
Forecast coverage differs by location and data source. Seeing, transparency, and smoke are regional. An unavailable value means there is no applicable data for that location or time; it does not mean conditions are good.
Why did actual conditions differ?
Clouds and other observing conditions are forecasts, not guarantees. Local terrain, rapidly changing weather, and the conditions at your observing site can differ from the forecast.
Can I use it on iOS or Android?
The web app can be used in a mobile browser. Native iOS and Android versions are in development. This site will link to the official store listings when they are released.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include your browser or device, the forecast location and time, what you expected, and what you saw. A screenshot can help. Choose a nearby public location if you would prefer not to share your precise position.
